  I have had my trailer in storage at wolverine for about 6 months or less, I paid the first two months in advance and then again the storage payment was due so I paid three months in advance. The payment was due again for the six month and apparently I was late. Wolverine decided to charge me double of what my monthly storage payment was because I was late.. I walk in to pay the payment I said hi to a guy that worked there he looked at me like I was from outer space, mind you no response. I proceed to walk up to the guy running the cash register and told him I needed to pay my payment. That’s when he stated that I was late and they were going to double my October payment. I said I’ve paid months in advance every time and you want to charge me 100% of my monthly payment. He said it’s in your contract. There was no written or verbal correspondence stating that I was late either, which by law I think is illegal. I stated that I would have my trailer out by November 30th and he replied nobody is stopping you.. I also have had issues getting my trailer after certain times of the day or having to return the trailer another day because you are not allowed to have a key to the storage lot which I pay on every month. Also they apparently change their hours on the regular with no notification. Moral of the story they have poor customer service and terrible attitudes. I would not recommend anyone to store anything there. Also the facility is run down and belongs in the ghetto!
